Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of our website and document attestation and apostille facilitation services. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
Our role
We are a private facilitator. We prepare, submit and collect documents with notaries, state departments, the MEA and embassies. We are not a government body, and decisions to attest, apostille or reject a document belong to those authorities.
Your responsibilities
- Provide genuine, complete and accurate documents and details
- Confirm the destination authority's requirements, with our guidance
- Authorise us in writing where an authority requires it
- Pay the quoted fees on the agreed terms
Fees and payment
Quotes list government fees, agency and courier costs and our service fee. Government and embassy fees can change, and we will tell you before any change affects your order.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates. Authority processing times, holidays and queries are outside our control, so we do not guarantee dates.
Rejections and refunds
If an authority rejects a document because of an issue in the document itself, authority fees already paid are normally non-refundable. Our refund terms for the unperformed part of the service are stated in your order confirmation.
Document handling
We handle originals with care and ship them with tracking. Lamination removal and similar handling is done at your risk and with your consent.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as missed visa dates, caused by authority delays or changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
