Data we collect

- Document and identity details: certificates, passport copies, destination country, visa or offer letters
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited
- Messages you send us by form, phone or WhatsApp
Why we use it
- To assess your documents, quote and process attestation
- To submit documents to notaries, state departments, the MEA and embassies on your behalf
- To courier documents and keep you updated
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties
- To improve our website and prevent misuse
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to complete your request: government departments, designated MEA agencies, embassies, notaries, couriers and payment or IT providers acting for us. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
We keep document copies and records only as long as needed for the service and for legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them. We use access controls and secure storage, and no system is completely risk free.
Your rights
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to info@certificateattestation.ind.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
