Certificate Attestation Procedure for Kuwait

Kuwait is the only country where there are lots of opportunities available, if we we gets 100 documents in a day in that around 80 documents will be for Kuwait Attestation.

For Kuwait the the procedures for Education and non Education Documents are as follows.

PFB the two different process for Education.

Process Number 1

  • Attestation of Home Department
  • Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs
  • Attestation from Notary
  • Attestation and Legalized from Kuwait Embassy

This process will take will take 10 to 12 working Days.

For Attesting Educational Certificate from 4 departments including Kuwait Embassy fees will cost 5500 INR per certificate.

Process Number 2

  • Attestation of HRD from State Level
  • Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs
  • Attestation and Legalized from Kuwait Embassy

This process will take will take 20 to 25 working days. ( Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, UP, Chattisgarh, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Bihar, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh ) other states durations may Vary.

PFB the two different process for Non Education.

Process Number 1

  • Attestation of Home Department,
  • Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs
  • Attestation from Notary
  • Attestation and Legalized from Kuwait Embassy

This process will take will take 10 to 12 working Days.

For Attesting Non Educational Certificate like Marriage, Birth, Experience Certificate etc from 4 departments including Kuwait Embassy will cost 4000 INR per certificate.

  • Attestation of Home Department from State Level,
  • Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs
  • Attestation from Notary
  • Attestation and Legalized from Kuwait Embassy

This process will take will take 20 to 25 working days. ( Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, UP, Chattisgarh, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Bihar, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh ) other states durations may Vary.

Documents required

  • Original Certificate
  • Mark sheet Xerox copies for Educational Certificate Attestation.
  • Passport Xerox copies
  • 2 passport size photographs.

PFB the two different process for Commercial Documents.

The documents Like Memorandum Of Understanding, Articles of Association, Certificate of Origin, Power of Attorney, Authorization Letter will be treated as Commercial Documents and the Embassy fees alone will be charge on per document.

  • Attestation of Chamber of Commerce,
  • Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs
  • Attestation from Notary
  • Attestation and Legalized from Kuwait Embassy

This process will take will take 10 to 12 working Days.

Attestation once done all Certificates are valid lifelong.
